Environmental Health Technology Research Center

 

Environmental Health Technology Research Center was established in 2015 and its activities are in the field of new technologies in environmental health science. The center has 8 faculty members and the research areas of the center include new technologies in water and wastewater treatment, soil pollution, air pollution, waste management and sustainable environment. The strategic goal of this center is to become one of the most important and influential research centers in the country and the region in the next 5 years and to play an important role in promoting community health, qualitative and quantitative development of research and technology in the field of health, hygiene and environment, and playing major decisions and policy-making in the health system and the environment.

 

The objectives of the center include:

 

1- Development and application of human knowledge in the field of science "Environmental health technology"
2- Training of human resources in the field of "environmental health technology"
3- Encouragement and employment of researchers
4- Control of environmental pollution and
5- Benefiting from new technologies in order to improve the environment.
