Introduction of Ergonomics Departments:

The Ergonomics Department of Iran University of Medical Sciences admits graduate students. The group aims to train specialized human resources to improve the health of the community by having experienced professors in biomechanics, macro-ergonomics, and ergonomic design and by having appropriate laboratory facilities and equipment. It is worth mentioning that the population of five and a half million people in western Tehran province, along with various industrial units under the coverage of this university unit, facilitates the use and implementation of ergonomics interventions in industries. In addition to this, this departments collaborates with research centers such as the Rehabilitation Research Center, Occupational Medicine Research Center, University Health Deputy, and Occupational Health Departments to promote scientific goals and synergy.
