• Improving of ergonomics professors and students Knowledge
• Strengthening targeted and need-based, practical and skill-oriented training in the field of ergonomics
• Development of virtual training in ergonomics
• Educational cooperation with other groups at the university level
• Improving interaction between professors and students of ergonomics
• Taking advantage of the capabilities of the graduates of the ergonomics department
• Communicating with other ergonomic groups in the country and exchanging knowledge and experiences
2. Research objectives:
• proposing of product-oriented research
• Developing technological research with the aim of commercializing products
• Advancing research to improve health care work systems
• Writing books in different fields of ergonomics
• Publication of articles in various fields of ergonomics
• Participation of professors in conferences and congresses
3. Executive goals
• Empowering the deportment interaction with industry and society
• Establishment of knowledge-based companies in order to commercialize ergonomic products
• Strengthening the relationship with the industry and society in the specialized fields of ergonomics
• Development of cooperation with ergonomics association and other specialized associations
• Assistance and active participation in the developing the national ergonomic standards
